RISE-UP is a national organization sponsored by the

L & Leola Educational Advancement Foundation.

The mission of RISE-UP is to increase diversity and inclusion in the STEM workforce by providing scholars with research opportunities, internships, shadowing experience, and engagement opportunities that will enhance their skills and knowledge to further prepare them for successful careers in STEM.

Chapters of RISE-UP can be started at any undergraduate institution or in a local area by individuals who support the mission of RISE-UP.
